Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We will happily accept new, unused, sellable merchandise in its original package with a copy of your receipt.

1. To initiate a return please email us at info@florauaradesigns.com with your order number and let us know which item you are returning for credit. If you prefer an exchange please indicate which item you would like to be sent to you in exchange.

2. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return authorization.

3. Once you have received your return authorization number please ship your item back to us at : (include shipping address here).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility.
